The Master Plan for Revitalization and Preliminary Design of the areas of Mercado nº 4 — Asunción and Mercado de San Lorenzo, in Paraguay, consisted of advising and coordinating the improvement and adequacy project of these enterprises.

The projects included the preliminary design of the building and the main structures; the markets’ logos; the design of the road circulation around the facilities; the rules of implementation, operation, maintenance and cleaning of the structure; and the proposed occupation of urban public space.
