The Guarapuava Transportation and Mobility Plan was developed considering mobility, accessibility, and transportation.  The methodology included researches of Embarkation and Disembarkation, Origin-Destination, counting and classification of vehicles, survey of sidewalk conditions and accessibility, among others.

From the diagnosis, technical documents were developed, such as the Mobility Index; the Walkability Index; the Pedestrianization Plan; Walkability Routes; the Accessibility Plan; the Cycling Plan; and Accessible Models of Crossings.  Virtual simulations with different horizons and the elaboration of the legislative framework were also contemplated by the Plan.
