Master Plan for Urban Development of Ciudad del Este and the Alto Paraná Region - Paraguay
The Urban Development Master Plan of Alto Paraná approached services of consulting and planning in the region of Ciudad del Este.
The main works included Sustainable Development Plan; Transport, Mobility, and Urban Accessibility Plan; Macro Urban Structuring; Macro-zoning of the municipality-pole; Proposal of green areas and environment preservation; Structuring of Regional Development Axis; and Proposal of Industrial, Commercial and Residential Development Areas.
Several events were held, such as meetings and technical and community workshops for discussion and formulation of proposals. There were also on-site studies of the conditions of land use and occupation, imagery survey through unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV), acquisition of satellite imagery, and restructuring of the cartographic base.
